The P896 is a test and measurement grade pressure transducer for applications requiring high accuracy and outstanding performance through ambient temperature changes. The P896 is digitally compensated and corrected to provide high accuracy pressure measurement in a robust cylindrical form factor.
Communication via CAN Bus provides remote zero and span adjustment as well as digital pressure readings in engineering units. The P896 will also report the temperature of the transducer in degrees F. An analog output of ± 5 Vdc is also available. A free CANBus Utility is available to get readings from the P896 as well as to perform Auto Zero and Auto Span operations.
The P896 is designed for a wide variety of pressure measurements where high resistance to vibration and superior stability through temperature change is required. The P896 accepts both liquids and gases.
