P56 Digital Pressure Transmitter - The P56 provides an R485 Serial interface that allows remote zero adjustment, calibration and re-ranging over serial networks, as well as digital pressure and temperature readings. The P56 also provides digital temperature and linearity corrections for the +/-5 Vdc analog output in the same rugged form factor as the popular Validyne P55. A 4-20mA version of the P56 is also available. 

The sensing element of the P56 may be changed by the user and the unit re-calibrated for full scale pressure from +/-3.5 In H20 to +/- 3200 psid. The P56 is ideal of use in test cells, flight tests, laboratories or any application where pressure measurement needs change frequently. Check out the Data Sheet here. 

UPC2100 LabView Support - The UPC2100 now supports your LabView application. Validyne will supply a set of VI files so you can use the UPC2100 directly with your LabView software. LabView versions 5.0, 6.1 and 7.1 are supported.

UPC2100 Sensor Interface Card - The new Validyne UPC2100 is a PC sensor interface card for PCI slots that provides a complete sensor interface solution for laboratory and industrial measurements. The UPC2100 accepts any mix or combination of sensor inputs, including: Strain Gages, Thermocouples, RTDs, LVDTs, Potentiometers and DC volts. No external signal conditioning is required and the UPC2100 provides all required sensor excitation. Software for configuration, data acquisition and programming is included.

P55 Sealed for Spray Testing - A special version of the P55 has been developed to be used in a water spray environment.  This P55, designated P55D-2472, provides a potted seal on all electrical terminals.  This allows the P55 to be continuously exposed to water spray during 30 minute sprinkler head testing.  The transducer senses the level of water in a collector so that the spray pattern of the sprinkler can be analyzed.

OEM DP15 with Circuit Board Demodulator - A DP15 combined with a miniature carrier demodulator is available as a pressure measurement system suitable for OEM applications that include enclosures.  This offers a cost-effective way to provide the sensitivity and ruggedness of a Validyne transducer in an OEM application.  This system was recently proposed for the remote measurement of low-pressure natural gas in a solar-powered application and also for a low pressure gasoline vapor pressure measurement system.

P855 with Shunt Calibration Option  The P855 is now available in a special version with a shunt calibration.  By shorting two pins on the electrical connector, the output of the P855 will go to 80% FS.  This feature is useful for checking the operation of the transducer and the associated data acquisition system.

P855 with 10 Vdc Output  A special version of the P855 is available with 0.5 to +10 Vdc analog output.  This provides an output signal for data systems expecting a larger signal for increased resolution over the standard P855 0 to +5 Vdc signal.

P855 with Remote Cal  A special version of the P855 is now available with a remote calibration feature.  By connecting a TTL logic signal to a special pin on the P855 electrical connector, the P855 output signal can be automatically zeroed by the data acquisition system.  This allows for automation of the transducer zero-balance function.

P855 with Extended Temperature Range  A special version of the P855 has been developed that has an operating temperature range of 40 C to +110 C.  The total temperature error over this range is just 0.7% FS.

P55 with Chromatographic Fittings  A special version of the P55 with chromatographic tubing fittings is available for low-volume pressure measurement applications. 

Submergible DP103  A special version of the DP103 is submergible in liquids and self-fills bubble free to measure very small level changes in tanks.  Ideal for leak detection in large vessels.  System includes cabling suitable for submersion in fuel oil and intrinsically safe electronics package. 

DP851C for Low Pressure Venting  A special version of the DP851 measures 0 to 0.1 In H2O pressure range for venting pressures in service station gasoline tanks.  Ideal for vapor recovery systems.
